About Me! Who Am I?

Hi I’m Amy Labadie.

I completed my doctorate in physical therapy almost 20 years ago, but I know what it's like to battle fatigue and achy joints while trying to live an active and full life working, running, teaching fitness classes, and holding down the family fort. I became a wellness coach in 2020 after pursuing training in functional medicine, having learned that my issues were rooted in Hashimoto’s. Since discovering the keys to keeping my own health and vitality on track, I have helped numerous women with fatigue and joint discomfort to regain lasting energy, and be able to do what they need and want to do without being sidelined.
